An almost timeless picture of the tea urn being set up on a windy day for the village fete.

From the edge of the building peeping out from behind the tree in the left background, this seems to have been taken in Mannings Bufton, just off Lime Avenue, on top of Eydon Hill, which might explain the wind!

We don't know the date but from the style of the lady's clothes, pre WW1 seems likely. From the late Hope Walker's collection, so maybe the ladies were family members.
