St Nicholas Church, Eydon,
Possibly a postcard image - taken from the south west corner of the graveyard in Sept. 1898. White lettering on front of picture, but no indication as to who took this picture (and the two other following). A timeless picture at first glance, but there have been many changes over the years.
The church tower is no longer ivy clad, what happened to all those white prism-shaped graves at the base of the tower and where are all the yew trees?
