The result of mechanical digging out the snow seen here in the winter of 1982/3. 
This is taken on top of the hill above Blackbird Hill Farm. The road between the hedges here caught any passing snow and Eydon was often cut off from the south due to this, even when only an inch or two of snow fell. The snow is piled up many feet high, overshadowing the truck.
Almost lost on top of the pile is Brian Habgood, who farmed Home Farm in the High Street from 1970.
