Ringing-up for the dedication of the rehung and augmented bells at St Nicholas Church Eydon on 6th December 1981.
From the left we see Ernie Lines of Eydon, John Townley from Whilton, Hugh Johnson of Daventry, Stan Ruddleston from Culworth and Derek Thornton of Woodford. These, and the tower captains from Byfield, Woodford, Wilton, Culworth & Daventry had all helped to teach a totally new band of ringers at Eydon.
