Date: 27 - 28 September, 1980 Programme for Eydon Fayre and Working Rally, held all over the village for two days to raise funds to for the church bells' restoration. The fair held over weekend of 27th and 28th September, 1980 and attracted visitors from a wide area, despite the abysmal weather. It was hoped to raise over £9,000 at the event.
