Sitting on the front garden wall at “Wayside” 7 Preston Road, Eydon in the late 1930s On left is Alice Mary Kench, known to all as Mary who lived at 20 High Street Eydon and on the right is Maude Louise Kench née Tyrrell. In the centre is Ethel Marshall the wife of Fred Kench’s cousin who was on holiday from their home in Kilmarnock.
