Frank Parish being presented with a cup for the first Single Wicket Championship. Cup was being presented by Fred Logun from Charlton. This was taken at the same time as IB027. Notes on back of picture suggest that Frank was the winner of the first single wicket contest in the South Northants League, and it is certainly true that Frank is receiving the biggest cup of those on display. The suggested date was maybe 1952, but (other contemporary) square format colour photos are more typical of the late 1960s.

The Cricket Club records that in 1964 and 1965 Pete Berry, Syd Gooden, Frank Parish and Charlie Tomalin agree to enter the Banbury Spastics Single Wicket Cup - but with no mention if they won.
