The Edwards family taking another seaside holiday, this time in the mid to late 1930s. Wynne and Kath Edwards stand in the sea with bathing cap and costume, whist mother Lucy adopts the traditional dress tucked into the knickers style of paddling wear. (Unknown man walking behind them.)
Not sure of the location of this photo, which was presumably taken by Sid, as Ken might only be 9 or 10 by this time, but you feel that the jumble of huts on the sand dunes would not stand up to a modern council's inspection or plans.
