Title page The sale was caused by the death of Lady Hesketh, who bought the estate in 1912. She died in 1923 and Eydon Hall had been sold?/let? to Captain and Mrs Margesson. This sale, by auctioneers James Styles & Whitlock, of Rugby, etc. was of the remaining property of the estate.
