This is the south end of Hill View and Byfield Road, views from the south west.
In the centre are the barns and sheds of Fir Hill Farm, (15 Hill View) with the green of the orchard beyond. At the back can be seen more of the sheds where Pettifer's medicines were made.
The red tiled roof of Stoneleigh, at that time the home of Ronnie and Eileen Pettifer, can be seen on the left, with the two small cottages, Fernlea on the road and Lilac Cottage behind it, in front.
